Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in future-focused domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or blockchain architectures
- Proven track record scaling engineering teams to 50+ members
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (post-2020)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with DevOps for next-gen infrastructure (quantum-resistant encryption)
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for 2026 tech adoption
