- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, focusing on long-term viability and 2026-ready capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to fine-tune large language models and neural networks for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
- R&D: Stay ahead of emerging trends in quantum computing and edge AI to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record in deploying production-ready ML models and handling large-scale datasets.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to debug complex system issues and optimize performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
