The Role:
As a Lead Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of our proprietary AI compute clusters. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge machine learning research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our systems are not only powerful but also sustainable and secure.

Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure using Python, Rust, and Go.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) and GPU clusters for maximum throughput and minimal latency.
- Design resilient, cloud-native systems on AWS and GCP.
- Establish MLOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Collaborate with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready applications.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and parallel processing.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
