Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, focusing on AI integration and next-gen infrastructure.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge Computing) and assess their viability for our platform.
- Establish best practices for agile development and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Identify potential risks in tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive the adoption of sustainable and ethical AI practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and competitive analysis.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
