Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and Machine Learning roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary deep learning models and generative AI frameworks.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of ML projects, from experimental prototyping to production deployment at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user experiences.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model evaluation, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor and grow a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models that drive significant business impact.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
