Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the integration of next-generation AI models with quantum processing capabilities.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for emerging tech stacks, specifically focusing on 2026 trends in Spatial Computing and Neural Interfaces.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the prototyping of high-performance computing environments for autonomous systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of AI engineers, data scientists, and quantum researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks to ensure ethical standards and safety protocols in advanced AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and creative directors to translate futuristic concepts into viable software solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable, distributed systems for high-compute environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
