Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable infrastructure for AI and Quantum computing platforms.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and roadmap for Aether Systems leading up to 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead research projects in emerging tech stacks and evaluate feasibility.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership and clients.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all future technologies adhere to strict ethical guidelines and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and familiarity with Quantum Computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
