Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI architectures and quantum-ready software frameworks.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and neuromorphic computing.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Translate abstract future-tech concepts into concrete engineering roadmaps and deliverables.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system latency is minimized and computational efficiency is maximized for real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Standards Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices for security, code quality, and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and deep familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, neural networks, and the ethical implications of AI deployment.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
