Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for AI integration and Quantum readiness, aligning with the company's vision for 2026.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, secure, and futuristic software systems capable of handling next-gen data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and legal to establish ethical AI guidelines and data privacy standards.
- Pioneer research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Synthetic Data) and assess their viability for commercial deployment.
- Mentor senior engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members, translating future tech concepts into actionable business value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning architectures, and emerging Quantum computing paradigms.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex digital transformations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt the organization accordingly.
