Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of advanced AI models and robotics frameworks tailored for the 2026 industrial landscape.
- Define the long-term technological roadmap and strategy for our R&D division to stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate next-gen neural networks into our core product ecosystem.
- Mentor and manage a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for commercial application.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable cloud infrastructure supporting high-volume predictive analytics.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
