Your Mission (The 2026 Vision)
As the Future Tech Lead, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, evaluating feasibility, and deploying cutting-edge solutions to ensure our company remains a market leader through 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to outline a strategic vision for AI and Quantum integration over the next two years.
- Lead Research & Development: Oversee a team of researchers and engineers exploring next-gen algorithms and hardware architectures.
- Pilot Project Management: Design and execute proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team capable of executing complex futuristic projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for investors and partners.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and ethical considerations in emerging tech adoption.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, AI, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
