Responsibilities
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Direct research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) with a specific focus on their application by the year 2026.
- Technology Forecasting: Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to integrate into our core product suite before they become industry standards.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, future-proof architectures that bridge classical computing and next-gen processing paradigms.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the hands-on creation of high-fidelity prototypes for quantum-safe encryption and autonomous agent workflows.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and guiding the technical vision of cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience in a senior technical role.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership, with a proven track record of innovation.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (LLMs, Transformers), Quantum Computing fundamentals (Qiskit, Cirq), or Web3 technologies.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies for long-term impact (5+ year horizon).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-performance teams in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
