In this role, you will bridge the gap between emerging research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our platform is ready for the demands of the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating next-gen AI and quantum readiness.
- Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI workflows to automate complex enterprise processes.
- Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Advanced LLMs) before production scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and performance in a decentralized future.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and Generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of strategic foresight and leading technical transformations.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
