Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the development of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, identifying key innovations and emerging tech trends.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab to prototype next-generation solutions and evaluate feasibility.
- Technical Due Diligence: Conduct deep-dive technical assessments on emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Edge Computing) to determine their viability for enterprise deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate partnerships with cutting-edge tech firms and startups to integrate bleeding-edge tools into our ecosystem.
- Future-Proofing: Architect systems that are scalable and adaptable to the rapid changes expected in the tech landscape of 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and emerging computing paradigms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and align technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex future scenarios to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated success in managing ambiguity and driving projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
