Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the 2026 vision, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Innovation Management: Lead the research and evaluation of cutting-edge technologies, assessing their viability and potential impact on our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level tech concepts into actionable development roadmaps.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Evaluate and manage partnerships with key technology providers to ensure access to next-gen tools and platforms.
- Prototyping & POC: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for disruptive technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices that ensure scalability, security, and future-proofing of our systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, technology strategy, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and Distributed Systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast technology trends and align them with business goals for long-term growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and driving innovation in fast-paced environments.
