Responsibilities

- Conduct rigorous R&D into emerging technologies, including neural interfaces and quantum encryption.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Establish best practices for code, security, and scalability in a high-velocity environment.
- Drive the adoption of sustainable computing practices to meet 2026 environmental standards.
- Represent Horizon 2026 at global tech conferences and industry summits.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and large language model architectures.
- Strong background in quantum computing fundamentals or a willingness to master them rapidly.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering innovative products.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
