Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap for futuristic technologies.
- Oversee the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure.
- Mentor and manage a team of senior engineers and developers.
- Identify emerging tech trends and evaluate their potential for implementation in our long-term strategy.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and future-proof the codebase against rapid technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
