Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable systems, focusing on AI, Quantum computing readiness, and Blockchain integration.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists to deliver high-quality software products.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends relevant to the 2026 roadmap, conducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts.
- Mentor junior developers and senior engineers alike, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Proven experience leading high-growth technology teams and managing complex projects.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, or Distributed Ledger Technologies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
