Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Create and communicate a clear technical roadmap for integrating quantum computing with deep learning models to solve complex, unsolved problems.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research and development initiatives focusing on next-gen algorithms, neural networks, and quantum entanglement protocols.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards, ensure code quality, and oversee system scalability to handle massive data streams.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical executives and secure buy-in for high-risk, high-reward projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with proven experience implementing complex machine learning frameworks.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Experience with quantum computing platforms (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or familiarity with post-silicon computing architectures is a strong plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving technology landscapes.
