- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into scalable, market-ready products.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure system integrity and scalability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), machine learning models, and distributed systems.
- Foresight: Proven track record of identifying emerging technologies and applying them to real-world business challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
