Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Lead the creation of the 2026 Technology and Innovation Roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging technologies for integration.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research into AI, machine learning, automation, and digital transformation to predict market shifts.
- Prototype Engineering: Spearhead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for futuristic technologies.
- R&D Leadership: Manage a team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers focused on long-term problem solving.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex future-tech concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor global competitors to ensure Apex Innovations remains ahead of the curve through 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead and translate long-term trends into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Web3, Autonomous Systems).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-growth environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical strategies to diverse audiences clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
