Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in designing scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) into core products.
- Oversee system reliability, security, and performance optimization for high-traffic applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Present technical vision and progress to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in full-stack development, with proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
