Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Product Roadmap in alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact features for future releases.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to assess feasibility and market fit.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions.
- Drive the product vision from concept to launch, ensuring rigorous quality standards and user-centric design.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the tech landscape.
- Mentor product managers and foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading product lifecycles for complex, B2B or B2C software solutions.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential application in future business models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a history of mentoring high-performing teams.
