Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech)

- Collaborate with product teams to create immersive candidate experiences
- Analyze recruitment data to optimize conversion rates and diversity metrics
- Lead employer branding initiatives targeting future-focused talent communities
- Implement AI-assisted recruitment tools while maintaining ethical hiring practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or deep tech companies
- Expertise in sourcing candidates for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proficiency in modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Demonstrated success in building diverse talent pipelines for technical roles
- Strong understanding of future tech trends and talent market dynamics
- Experience with employer branding and candidate journey mapping
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
