Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the specific needs of our 2026 roadmap, focusing on emerging tech roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and engage passive candidates in AI, Robotics, and Quantum fields using advanced technical research methods.
- Team Management: Mentor, train, and lead a team of technical recruiters and sourcers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Employer Branding: Elevate our brand as the employer of choice for the future of work, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with next-gen innovators.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze labor market trends to forecast hiring needs and advise executive leadership on compensation and talent availability.
- Process Optimization: Implement and refine recruiting workflows and tools to maximize efficiency and candidate experience.
- Closing Strategy: Lead complex negotiation processes to secure top-tier engineering and scientific talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in Technical Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Niche Expertise: Deep understanding of the Future Tech landscape (AI, Machine Learning, Quantum, Bio-tech) and experience recruiting within these verticals.
- Network: An extensive professional network within the global tech community, specifically within Silicon Valley and international hubs.
- Tools: Proficiency with modern ATS (Greenhouse/Lever), sourcing tools (HireEZ, Pymetrics), and AI-driven recruitment platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and individual contributors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into actionable recruiting strategies.
