Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with focus on AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends and disruption opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage cross-functional innovation initiatives with engineering, marketing, and sustainability teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ensure compliance with evolving tech governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products or initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong stakeholder management experience with C-level executives and external partners
- Certification in technology management or strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) preferred
