Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Tech Vision: Define and articulate the strategic roadmap for future technology adoption, specifically focusing on AI integration, quantum computing, and sustainable tech.
- Disruptive Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and market trends with the potential to disrupt our sector, creating a 'Future State' vision for the organization.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, digital transformation, or R&D management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
