Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions through agile development cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic investment decisions
- Develop patentable frameworks for integrating future technologies into existing product ecosystems
- Present visionary strategies to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed impact projections
- Maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with demonstrable impact on future-oriented projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., IBM Quantum, Google AI) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
