Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market forecasts and corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen solutions across AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry verticals
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and research institutions to accelerate innovation adoption
- Develop ROI models and business cases for experimental technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts to cultivate cutting-edge research capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management within Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data into actionable strategies
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) or innovation management (e.g., PMP, CSM)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
