- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Manage innovation pilots and prototype development for future-facing solutions
- Foster partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Document strategic frameworks and technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience developing 5-year+ technology roadmaps
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and ethical tech principles
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, Stanford LEAD) preferred
