- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership publications
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
