Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives to drive buy-in and funding.
- Product Vision: Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into tangible product development cycles.
- Resource Allocation: Assess and allocate resources for long-term tech initiatives, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential technology partnerships and acquisitions that align with the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including but not limited to AI, Blockchain, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
