Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for future tech adoption
- Develop business cases for disruptive technologies and secure executive buy-in
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into development pipelines
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build an innovation-focused culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and market shifts
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
- Experience developing and executing multi-year innovation strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
