- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Manage technology partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Develop KPIs to measure ROI of innovation investments and iterate based on data insights
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets and P&L for tech initiatives
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech and startup ecosystem
- Fluency in agile methodologies and lean innovation frameworks
