- Develop and execute comprehensive tech roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Conduct high-impact research on AI, quantum computing, biotech, and frontier technologies
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain external partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration and adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and board levels
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
