- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with tech incubators, academic institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present tech investment proposals to the board with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 15+ global business units
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing technologies and ethical implementation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up tech environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2018-2023)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and tech forecasting models
