Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and maintain a strategic technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on tech innovation priorities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor tech policy developments and assess implications for business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
