Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI governance, and next-gen sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into core business operations
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026+ market challenges
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 5-year tech horizon
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech adoption and ethical implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or peer-reviewed research
- Experience with agile methodologies and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech policy regulations and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
