- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into existing platforms
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation sprints focused on prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure technological adoption and ROI of strategic initiatives
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them into actionable plans
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., Web3, neurotech, sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation (e.g., CFM, CDIO)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations
- Excellent communication with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field
