Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3+ year time horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities in tech ecosystems
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling innovation narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 50 labs
- Present vision to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven foresight
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
