Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and assess their commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and sustainable tech implementation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- C-level experience with strategic planning and P&L responsibility
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or innovation (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and project management (PMP or equivalent)
