- Build and manage an internal innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems and market adoption cycles
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products at scale
