Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology adoption roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future tech solutions in rapid innovation cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies ahead of market demand
- Establish KPIs for measuring future tech ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems architectures
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner, CFTe)
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining tech products/services
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience with agile methodologies in complex tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
