Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with market disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Analyze quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence for competitive advantage
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire transformative startups
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic blueprints to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Chair the Future Tech Council to drive organizational innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record launching $50M+ tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, AI, or biotech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight accreditation
- Published thought leader in tech innovation journals
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling global innovation labs across multiple continents
