- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen systems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech risks and opportunities through predictive modeling
- Establish industry-first standards for human-machine collaboration protocols
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Present disruptive tech strategies at global summits and investor forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic tech (3+ exits or IPOs)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, ACM standards)
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms
- Public speaking experience at TED, Web Summit, or equivalent forums
