Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized networks

- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment in regulated industries
- Drive strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and academic research institutions
- Translate emerging tech trends into actionable business cases for Fortune 500 clients
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants through DARPA/EU Horizon programs
- Present future tech visions at global forums like Web Summit and CES 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ patents or unicorn exits)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems (FDA, FAA, EU AI Act)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal grants (SBIR, NIH, DARPA) totaling $2M+
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
