Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical concepts into actionable product strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to maintain first-mover advantage
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
