Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum initiatives
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi)
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Deep understanding of tech ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Certifications in AI governance or futures studies preferred
