Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, bio-integrated systems, neuro-interfaces)
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D centers
- Develop frameworks for ethical implementation of disruptive technologies
- Translate complex innovations into commercialization pathways and investment opportunities
- Deliver visionary keynote presentations at global tech summits and industry forums
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years applied research
- Proven track record in launching at least two paradigm-shifting technologies
- Deep expertise in converging fields: AI ethics, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE Spectrum)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Haskell preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Portfolio showcasing patented technologies with industry adoption
