Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces and immersive experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Translate technical capabilities into market opportunities and competitive advantages
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and technology showcases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives valued at $50M+
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent industry breakthrough contributions
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience building and leading global innovation teams
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java/C++)
